LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) is a system for assessing environmental performance in the construction or renovation of buildings, which aims to achieve a rational and effective use of energy, materials and water.

Thanks to Airzone's zone control systems, you can obtain extra points in the “Indoor Environmental Quality”, “Energy and Atmosphere” and “Design innovation” categories of LEED certification.

Reduce the first cost of the system by using the Airzone Integrated Systems (i.e. less Indoor Units and refrigerant piping).

Less oversized Indoor Units means less installed capacity. Consequently, the amount of refrigerant circulating in the system is reduced which makes it much easier to comply with the Safety and Environmental standards such as the EN 378-1:2016, ASHRAE 15 & 34.

As the system is designed to accurately respond the simultaneous load, the electrical installation can also be simplified. Hence, both installation and operating costs are reduced.

WELL Building Standard guarantees that the certified space works for the health and well-being of the occupants. The WELL certification consists of 7 areas of action, and the impact of Airzone is marked on the comfort feature.

This is the standard that defines a structured list of the regulation and automation functions (BAC), with impact on the energy performance and the Technical Home and Building Management (TBM)
