The Webserver HUB or Wi-Fi Dual 2.5/5Ghz often loses its connection.
Check that the Wi-Fi signal range of your Webserver is correct; to do this, from the Airzone Cloud application:
1- Click on the options side menu and then on “Airtools”.
2- Select the site to which your Webserver is associated and click on the Webserver.
3- In the “Network settings” section, the Wi-Fi network to which your Webserver is connected is displayed, as well as the signal range of the network via an icon.
If the signal range is not good, try moving your device closer to the router or consult the Airzone Cloud Manual on how to change your Webserver’s Wi-Fi network.
