If the Daikin AC unit is starting up despite having all the zones switched off, the AC unit's Stand-by parameter may be set. You can see how to deactivate it in the following video ( Daikin communication gateway ).

In any case, you should access the service settings in the Daikin thermostat and set the following parameter:
Service settings > Field settings > 1e-2-01
